RWA Flows provides a tokenized Real World Asset (RWA) risk assessment platform, including Onyx Risk Scores, educational content, and market data. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3.2 Risk Scores Are Opinions: The Onyx Risk Score represents our subjective opinion based on proprietary methodology. It is NOT a guarantee of performance or safety.

3.3 Conduct Your Own Due Diligence: You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. We strongly encourage independent research and consultation with qualified professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RWA Flows and The Sutherland Foundation LLC shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any Content. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

All Content, including the Onyx Risk Score methodology, is owned by RWA Flows and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reverse-engineer our scoring methodology.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RWA Flows from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
